Returns & Exchanges

We're a small label making things intended to last. Please choose carefully — here's how returns and exchanges work.

Size exchanges — knitwear only

Wrong size? Email us at apresmaluti@gmail.com within 3–5 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the size you need. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We'll reserve your new size and confirm the return address. Return shipping is for your account; we cover the shipping of your replacement.

Colour choices are final

We photograph our products as accurately as possible, and each colourway is shown on its own product page. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on colour.

Blankets are final sale

For reasons of hygiene and care, blankets cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check dimensions, colourway, and trim carefully before ordering — and write to us with any questions first. We answer fast.

Enamel mugs are final sale

Enamelware is fired, not painted. Small chips and variations in the coating at the rim or base are inherent to how enamel is made — they are disclosed on the product page, are part of each mug's character, and are not defects. Mugs cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or transit-damaged items

If any item arrives significantly damaged (large chips, dents, tears, cracked enamel) or proves defective, email us a photo at apresmaluti@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund it in full. For damaged mugs, keep the mug — no return shipping needed. Defective goods are covered for 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds

Where applicable, refunds are processed within [5] business days of approval, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the amount.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. If you believe an item is defective or wish to exercise a statutory right, contact us at apresmaluti@gmail.com and we will resolve it with you directly.
