Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in South Africa. International shipping isn't available yet — follow @apresmaluti to hear when that changes.

Cost

Flat rate of R150 per order, nationwide, regardless of order size.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery

We ship with The Courier Guy, using their Pudo network:

• Locker-to-door — delivered to your address
• Locker-to-locker — collect from a Pudo locker near you, at whatever time suits you

Choose your preferred option at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days to major centres and 3–5 business days to regional and outlying areas. Locker collections are held for 36 hours after arrival — you'll be notified by SMS the moment your parcel lands.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Track your parcel anytime at thecourierguy.co.za.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to apresmaluti@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately — see our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
